The fashion industry (particularly small scale) has been accused routinely of not being ethical, degrading social, environmental, and cultural practices. While, some issues are important enough to the fashion industry leaders, consumers, and government to make a collective comment, some are ignored when it tries to bring the light in pre-existing wrong. Industry leaders, governments, Consumers, and retailers have to be aware and conscious of their behavior they are making.

The call for action is to aware the consumer and retailers of their practices and grab the attention of global fashion industry leaders regarding this issue, to conserves and restores the environment, and value people's growth over profit. It is important that consumers at the top of the industry become the leaders of the change. In the past, we fought for all sorts of causes, and Now we must fight for the small-scale industry and take actions to help them grow. we, the consumer needs to be aware of; to pay, buy better, and from a better place instead of an established unethical buying behavior. Retailers need to take up the responsibilities and commit to the betterment of the manufacturers.
